Express Shipping with Signature – Orders up to $100: Express delivery with signature — $15.

Express Shipping + Insurance (recommended for orders $101 and up) – We strongly recommend extra cover  or insurance for valuable items. Australia Post can insure parcels up to $5,000 while in transit.

• Cost: $0 for the first $100 of cover, then $2.50 for each additional $100 (or part) up to $5,000.
• Example for $300 total value: $0 (0–$100) + $2.50 ($101–$200) + $2.50 ($201–$300) = $5 extra cover.
• Items over $500 require an additional $2.95 for Signature on Delivery.

Delivery times (within Australia) –

• Express Post — Same state: 1–2+ business days;
• Interstate: 1–3+ business days.
• Dispatch: Orders ship from Melbourne within 1–2 business days after payment. –
• Delivery window: Australia Post delivers Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm (excluding public holidays).

Compensation for loss or damage – Australia Post includes up to $100 compensation for loss or damage. If you haven’t purchased Extra Cover, you may be eligible for up to $100 and a postage refund (proof of value may be required). Claims are assessed case-by-case.
