Express Post:
Australia Post will deliver to your nominated address between 9am and 5pm from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Customer orders will be dispatched from Melbourne within 1 to 2 business days once payment has been received.
Australia Post services come with up to $100 compensation for loss or damage. Should your item be lost or damaged, and you haven’t purchased Extra Cover or Insurance, you may be entitled to compensation of up to $100 and a refund of postage (proof of value may be required). Claims for compensation are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Please note that GD Jewels International Pty Ltd is not responsible for any lost or damaged items, once your parcel is already handed to Australia Post.
